Brion has joined the Aviation Management team in February of 2008. Brion comes to us with over 30 years’ experience in aviation. Brion has a B.S. from Purdue University and an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Xavier University. He has held positions at GE and Chromalloy Gas Turbine in Operations, Marketing & Sales, Customer Support, Repair Development, Methods Engineering and Supervision. His most recent position as Executive Vice President of Sales Administration, at Chromalloy, was crucial in landing several “Power By The Hour” contracts. Prior experience in business cost proposals, and MBA add depth to his quantitative, analytical talents. Brion was also one of two key members involved in the start-up of Jet Turbine Services (JTS) an MRO in Australia servicing CFM and CF6 engines.

Paul was one of the original partners of Aviation Management and has over 40 years of aviation experience. He has a B.S. in Aircraft maintenance engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and has over 20 years of Executive Management experience with various airlines and overhaul shops such as: Aviall, Greenwich, and General Electric. Paul has demonstrated expertise in Production, Technology, and Customer Service relating to turbine engine maintenance and extensive experience with government regulatory agencies including FAA, EASA, NTSB, and EPA. In addition, he is also a Certificated FAA-DER (Designated Engineering Representative). Paul’s engine experience is vast and wide and touches all large commercial engine manufacturers GE, Pratt & Whitney, Rolls Royce, and more.

Melissa received her BSBA in accounting and finance from The Ohio State University and has over 25 years experience in accounting, auditing and taxes. She earned her CPA while working in Washington D.C at Ernst and Young and has served as Director of Finance for PS Group, the owner of Pacific Southwest Airlines and CFO for JT Power, LLC. She joined Aviation Management full time in 2011.

Ron has 33 years in aviation with extensive experience associated with the form, fit, function, remanufacture and performance of gas turbine engines, including GE CF6-50, CF6-80, CF34, CFMI CFM56 series, Pratt & Whitney JT8D series, PW4000, IAE V2500 and Rolls Royce RB211-535.
Ron began his career at Aviall, an engine MRO, holding various positions in the Quality and Engineering departments. He left Aviall after 14 years as a Senior Powerplant Engineer. He then moved to the Used Serviceable Asset sector of aviation holding Senior Technical Positions at P&W CSA and GEAM. In these positions, he was responsible for the technical integrity of the records and material that were purchased and sold. He moved into the VP Technical role at Total Engine Support where he was responsible for building a Technical Group and expanding the North American Customer base. He was most recently an Independent Consultant working with SWA on their 737-700 Aircraft Acquisition and AAR Airlift on a fleet wide conformity audit.

Jacob has joined the Aviation Management team in April of 2019, bringing with him over 11 years' experience in the Aviation industry. He has worked as Senior Powerplant Engineer within the Engineering Department in GE Aviation - Wales for the last seven years specializing on CFM56 and GE90 powerplant variants. This involved Engine shop visit planning, Workscoping, Borescope defining/oversight, Workscope deployment, Engine maintenance technical support, Engine test troubleshooting, and Fleet monitoring & management. During his time at GE, he worked with world-leading Airlines, Lessors and other MROs. Jacob has in-depth knowledge and experience on Engine maintenance, MRO management, and Lease returns. He comprises very good working knowledge of "Power By The Hour" and "Time and Material" contracts. Jacob has a first class BEng (Hons) Aerospace Engineering from Liverpool University and a BSc (Hons) Applied Computing from Northumbria University. In addition, he is EASA Part 145 and Lean Six Sigma green belt certified.

Seamus joined AMI in 2019, bringing over 14 years of technical, theoretical knowledge and experience from Gas Turbine, and the aviation industry. He has strong MRO technical experience starting from his work as a lead aircraft technician with Lufthansa Technik Airmotive Ireland (LTAI). His experience with CFM56-3/-5/-7, IAE V2500 and JT9D engine types in sub assembly, full engine assembly, and balance enhance his ability to pinpoint troubled areas and properly workscope various engine marks. His hands on no nonsense approach adds significant depth to the technical knowledge of these engine types. He has held senior level positions in assembly such as module balancer with LTAI, and has a track record of diagnosing and problem solving engine issues by working closely with technicians, engineers and managers from all departments.

Emma joined the Aviation Management team in 2016 bringing with her over 28 years of technical, planning, and documentation experience. She has extensive experience in the Aerospace Industry in Technical/Technical Documentation with Lufthansa Technik Airmotive Ireland (LTAI) a MRO Facility in Dublin on the V2500, CFM56 and JT9D engines. Along with her extensive production planning experience at LTAI she also compiled technical data of various aircraft/engines for valuation reviews. Emma’s vast records capabilities include evaluation of the quality and transferability of technical records, review of aircraft/engine transitions for accuracy of data, as well as ability to assess and monitor regulatory compliance with regard to Airworthiness Directives (AD’s) and Service Bulletins (SB’s).
